Return Process

  Log in to your EvoTech account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the product in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; once our technicians verify the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
